Q: How is it being made?

A: This natural laundry is made in a lengthy process of natural soap saponification, air drying, grating and powdering. From beginning until the end, the entire process will take a minimum of 8 – 10 weeks to complete.

Q: Why don’t you leave them in solid bar?

A: Most customers use washing machine for laundry nowadays hence solid laundry bar is not convenient and washing machine friendly.

Q: Why is your natural laundry powder so pricey compared to the commercial laundry out there?

A: Rm35 for 500g of natural bar soap with eucalyptus is in fact very reasonable. A good solid bar of natural soap has a good weight between 90-100g. The weight of 500g of soap is equivalent to 5 to 6 bars! That’s a lot!!

Q: I am using a front loading washing machine, is this suitable?

A: Yes, it is suitable for both top loading or front loading washing machine. And It is perfectly gentle for hand wash laundry too.

Q: Why don’t you sell natural fabric softener?

A: No, we don’t formulate or sell any fabric softener . In fact you don’t need to after washing with our natural laundry powder as it is made from natural plant oils, it will keep your fabric soft and nice. Not to mention the scent of Eucalyptus is clean and refreshing, it is also antiseptic in nature to get rid of those unwanted germs on your fabric.
